On this bright and sunny first day of October in the year of our Lord, 2007, I hereby found this Blog of Food. The establishment of this Blog of Food has been effected by me, because I happen to love both the cooking and eating of food, and because I have always liked to make my opinions about food related matters well known to those around me. Thusly, the meat and bones of this blog will principally consist of the following kinds of posts:
1. I will post food essays that attempt to elaborate upon and illustrate (with pictures!) the kinds of food that I like to cook as well as my methods of cooking them.
2. I will post reviews of mainly Texas restaurants that I have frequented, and think deserving of being dealt dollops of either praise or scorn in varying amounts.
3. I will post food related posts concerning whatever darned else I feel pleased to post about.
That is our mission, this is our blog, and as two very wise men once said: Thank you for your support!
